The Health Plan Alliance 2022 Poster Project aggregates case studies presented in a poster format with innovative ideas in the areas of benefit design, health equity, and customer/member experience.
2022 Poster Project GETTING STARTED!
Every HPA member health plan is strongly encouraged to submit a Poster to the Alliance 2022 Poster Project. Choose one of three poster themes for your submission: Product design, Health Equity, or Member Experience. Everyone who participates will be sent a copy of the whole poster collection in a digital Flipbook. It's the easiest way to gather dozens of tactical case studies to support your own team's efforts in these key areas. Plus, earn 50 engagement points for our 2022 Summer Challenge! Use this "Getting Started" Toolkit to navigate all the steps of creating your poster for the 2022 project!
