Learn the secrets of motivating yourself and motivating others through purpose, mastery and autonomy. The session will introduce longstanding theory with recent research into what motivates and engages people in the workplace. You will have a chance in small groups to share your experience and challenges and walk away with some practical suggestions.

Audience

These stand-alone 90-minute virtual sessions, available to ALL Alliance members, each focus on key areas of management and leadership identified by HPA leaders for professional success. Each session will include an introduction to a specific competency and/or content area, will share a tool or framework to improve performance, and provide the ability to practice the tool or framework in small groups. To each of these sessions, bring your ideas and questions.
