Vizient Washington Update
Despite opposition from bipartisan majorities in the House and Senate, Medicare advisory councils, and widespread concerns from hospitals, CMS went ahead and finalized a 28.5% Medicare cut for 340B eligible hospitals. We have several other final rules, a tax bill, an opioid public health emergency and recommendations from a Presidential Commission, the House moving on CHIP and IPAB, some MedPAC hearings and ACA open-enrollment!
