Policy Shifts and Market Dynamics
ACHP President and CEO Ceci Connolly opened the forum with a sharp post-election analysis, outlining significant policy implications for payers and providers. Her insights provided attendees with a framework for strategic positioning amid the changing political landscape.
Steven Kim, Managing Director at Barclays, followed with a comprehensive market outlook that highlighted macroeconomic forces and evolving payer-provider dynamics. His data-driven presentation gave executives valuable perspective on industry trends shaping the year ahead.

After a short break, Jeremy Kush and Alex Klassen from Milliman brought clarity to the ever-shifting Affordable Care Act landscape. Their data-rich presentation addressed risk adjustment volatility, subsidy trends, and profitability strategies—providing executives with tactical insights for an uncertain policy environment.
The forum concluded with Aneesh Krishna of McKinsey & Company exploring the next chapter for provider-sponsored health plans. His session positioned PSHPs as uniquely suited to compete through alignment, integration, and strategic differentiation, while presenting a clear roadmap for growth.
