IRVING, Texas, November 7, 2019 — The Health Plan Alliance is expanding its network of provider-sponsored health plans. The organization today announced that Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. (CDPHP), based in Albany, N.Y., is now a member of the Alliance.

For more than 35 years, CDPHP, a physician-founded health plan, has been providing top-quality health coverage – across all product lines – to more than 360,000 individuals, families, and businesses throughout Upstate New York, and is known nationally for high-quality care and superior customer service.
